Damage deposit upon arrival

Upon arrival, I ask each primary guest to authorize a €500 damage deposit at reception using a physical and valid credit card. There are no costs involved – the amount is merely a reservation.

I reserve the right to retain the authorized deposit until the final inspection or final cleaning of the apartment has been completed. I kindly refer you to the house rules.

If no damage or gross soiling, no garbage or organic waste is found during the final inspection, and the apartment has been left in good condition, the deposit will be canceled.

The primary guest is liable for all damage and soiling in the apartment. If the costs for damage or special cleaning exceed the deposit, I will charge the primary guest for this.

If, contrary to expectations, something has been broken, please inform reception upon departure.

Every guest will receive a clean apartment upon arrival and is required to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

Recycling at Max

All waste and food scraps from the apartment can be disposed of in the recycling room.

  • Please dispose of all waste from the apartment in the recycling room before departure.
  • I ask that all organic waste and food scraps be disposed of exclusively in the green organic bag from your kitchen in the organic waste bin in the recycling room. Please refer to the recycling information.
  • The recycling room is located near the rear entrance and can be reached via the staircase or by elevator from the basement towards the rear entrance.
  • If any major dirt or waste is discovered during the final cleaning, additional fees will be charged.

Parking

Please note that the number of parking spaces are limited.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment booked.

If you require an additional parking space (for a fee), please let me know in advance of your arrival so that availability can be checked and confirmation can be given.

I kindly draw your attention to the parking regulations and ask you to adhere to them as best as possible so that all guests can park comfortably.

I ask that the green-marked charging space be kept free for electric vehicles if possible.

Max Mountain Wellness

Max Mountain Playroom

Max Mountain Playroom – Fun for all ages!
The playroom is open to all guests – young and old. Start an exciting challenge at the table soccer or tennis table, or build imaginative caves out of building blocks with the little ones. Fun is guaranteed!

Please leave the playroom in a normal condition.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children.

Reception opening hours

I, Christoph Höllrigl, am available at the reception every day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Bread Roll Service

Fresh rolls from the bakery are delivered to your apartment door every morning from 7:00 a.m. "Open the door for breakfast!"

To ensure your breakfast rolls are ordered in time, please place your order by 6:00 p.m. the day before - either online or in writing at the reception.

Check In & Check Out

Regular check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Early check-in may be offered subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Regular check-out is available until 10:00 AM.

Late check-out may be offered for a fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Max Mountain Dog Info

Your four-legged friend is, of course, very welcome at the Max Mountain Apartments!

Please note, however, that dogs are only allowed upon prior request. Apartments M8 & M9 are specifically designed for stays with dogs.

A few important details:

  • Garden area: Please ensure that your dog does not mark the green area or use it as a toilet.
  • Costs: There is a charge of €30 per night (excluding food) for your dog.
  • Size: I can only accommodate one dog up to a maximum of 20 kg per apartment.
  • Amenities: Please bring your dog's food bowl, basket, and blanket so that he or she can feel comfortable during your vacation.
  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds or seating areas. The apartment towels may not be used for dogs.
  • Dog bag: I provide each dog with a Max Mountain dog bag containing dog towels. The towels can be used to clean paws in bad weather or snow. You can also leave the dog bag near the entrances or in the ski and boot room.
  • Leaving alone: ​​​​If your dog has to stay alone in the apartment during the day and starts barking, I will contact you to avoid disturbing other guests.
  • Cleaning: If a special final cleaning is required after your stay or if damage occurs, I will unfortunately have to charge for this. Otherwise, a broom (on the first floor) and a vacuum cleaner (on the ground floor) are available for all guests in the house.

Important note: Valid liability insurance for damage caused by your dog is a prerequisite for your stay.

Strangers & Security

It is not permitted to bring strangers into the building or apartment without prior notice.

To ensure the safety of guests, the entrance and outdoor areas are under video surveillance.

Payment

Before departure, the outstanding amount can be paid at reception either in cash, by credit card or debit card.

Smoking

All Max Mountain Apartments are strictly non-smoking

However, an ashtray is provided at the apartment for all smoking guests, so tobacco lovers can enjoy the view in a relaxed atmosphere on the balcony.

Party & Quiet hours

Parties of any kind are prohibited at Max Mountain Apartments.

Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM are to be observed, and noise levels in the apartment must be kept to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up during your vacation, the following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings.

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will be charged at 60% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made up to 8 days before arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival or in the event of a no-show will be charged at 100% of the total price.

The following cancellation policy applies to all direct group bookings with two or more apartments booked:

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival for group bookings of two or more apartments.
  • Cancellations made up to 29 days before arrival will be charged at 60% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show will result in a 100% charge of the total price.

Tip: Things can always come up, so please consider travel insurance, especially if your group includes children or elderly people.

With my partner, European Travel Insurance, you're always on the safe side and can insure your booking directly.

Note: Cancellation fees are not subject to any discounts, and cancelled bookings cannot be rescheduled.
