Yes, please! Most apartments at the Max are perfect for families. You can see which they are in the apartment description. We will provide you with cots and high chairs free of charge, depending on availability.

Head out: In Stubaital, our little guests will find plenty to keep themselves entertained: ski lessons, bike tours, guided hikes, and much more. There are also children’s playgrounds near your place to be.

Stay in: In the games room with table football, building blocks, and table tennis, children of all ages will have lots of fun, whatever the weather.

We have prepared the Max Mountain play room for all our guests, but especially for our little guests. Have fun!!

If something gets in the way of your holiday, the following cancellation conditions apply to all direct bookings.

• Up to 15 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• For cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the total rate.
• For cancellation up to 8 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total rate.
• For cancellation from 7 days before arrival or in the case of a no-show, we charge 100% of the total rate.

Our ski- and boot room is the best place to store and dry all your sports equipment such as skis, boards, paragliders, bikes, strollers, shoes, boots, etc.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in the Max Mountain Apartments.

• We would like to ask you to only bring your four-legged friend on holiday with you if you have asked in advance.
• At the Max Mountain Apartments we charge 10.00 euros (up to 10kg) & 20.00 euros (from 10kg) per night without food, depending on the size of the dog.
• We accept 1 dog up to a maximum of 20kg per apartment.
• Please bring the dog's food bowl, basket and blanket so that your four-legged friend can also feel comfortable on holiday.
• For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to let the dog into the bedrooms or beds or on the seating or lying area or to use the towels in the apartment.
• At the Max Mountain Apartments, each four-legged friend is provided with his own dog bag with dog towels. We ask that you use the towels in bad weather and snow to quickly clean the dog and paws. The dog bag can be deposited at the entrances during the walk.
• It happens that dogs bark when they have to stay alone in the apartment during the day. In order to avoid disturbing other guests in the building, we would contact you in this case.
• In order to be able to freshen up the apartment, we have also provided a broom on each floor and a vacuum cleaner on the ground floor for our guests.

If, contrary to expectations, a special final cleaning is required after your stay or if damage has occurred in the apartment, we will have to charge you for this.

Late check-in: from 6 p.m. you can easily use our card locker to check into your apartment. The prerequisite for this is your email contact so that we can send you the code and information.

By the way: At the Max Mountain Apartments you can check in in advance & completely digitally and from home, without having to queue.

Please use our recycling room to dispose of any waste before your departure. Garbage is separated into plastic, paper, metal, glass, non-recyclable waste, and organic waste. Thank you for your assistance!

All Max Mountain Apartments are non-smoking apartments. For tobacco lovers, we are happy to provide ashtrays on the terrace. We ask you to comply with the smoking ban.

You can pay your bill at the end of your holiday by EC debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or in cash.

The tourist tax of 2.80 euros per night/person from 16 years old is payable at the hotel.

From November 1st, 2024, the new price of the tourist tax of 4.80 euros per night/person from 16 and over will apply.
