Rate information:

• The standard occupancy of this apartment is four people. Each person above the standard occupancy will be charged additionally. Each child up to the standard occupancy counts as a full adult.
• Daily rates depend on occupancy.
• The local tax of €4.80 per night and person aged 16 and over will be charged additionally.
• The final cleaning of this apartment will be charged at €115.00 and each interim cleaning (if requested) will be charged at €90.00.
• The reservation is considered confirmed as soon as the required deposit of 30% of the booking amount has been received.
• Upon arrival, I ask each primary guest to authorize a €500 damage deposit at reception using a physical and valid credit card.
